Essentials:
(for two people)
- 2 portions of pasta like spaghetti, linguine, tagiatelle… 80g per person… or more!
- 5 eggs… or 6. Depends on your hunger!
- 400g Bacon (or if you have some – guanciale)
- Pre-grated or block parmesan cheese
- Obviously: salt + pepper
Other fancy additions? Not really – but you can always make yourself a salad on the side! #adulting
Appliances: pot, pan, large + small bowl, spatula, 2 forks (+ sieve, grater).
