Essentials:
(for one person)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 Aubergine
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 Tomato (Or a can of chopped tomatoes, or more fresh tomatoes and some tomato paste – depending on how saucy you’d like it to be!)
- Seasonings – salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika, oregano, basil…
Extras, if fancy: spinach (not so fancy… will make it so much better, if included!) or any other vegetables, such as peppers or leeks, fresh basil, dry red lentils…
Appliances needed: chopping board, knife, large pot, some cutlery
