Avocado pasta sauce


(for one person)

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Bit of lemon juice (fresh or bottled – both fine) (limes can be used as a substitute, too)
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes or 1 ripe tomato
  • One portion of spaghetti or tagliatelle – or any other pasta!
  • One stem of spring onions
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper (crushed chili flakes, if looking for some spice)

Other fancy additions? I added some radishes and spinach, but you could use salad, sweetcorn, cucumber…

Appliances required: Pot, spoon, fork, knife, chopping board and a pasta bowl
