(for one person)

  • 1 Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 big or 2 small garlic cloves
  • Half a cup of rice (about 60-90g)
  • ca. 175g Chestnut or closed cup mushrooms (about half a pack!)
  • 1 Tomato
  • Some Feta (can be replaced with other cheese, such as Parmesan, shredded cheese or Vegan cheese)
  • Seasonings – salt, pepper, chilli flakes, paprika…

Extras, if fancy: tomato paste, hot sauce, fresh basil for decoration and extra taste…

Ca. 25 minutes prep + 30 minutes oven time!

    Literally inspired my dinner tonight! Like how versatile this recipe can be too, you can just chuck in whatever ingredients you’ve got in the fridge. Also, the intro sounds made me laugh and definitely fit the ‘no chefs’ themeā€¦ thanks dude, keep at it!
